I think making them visible to all judges and letting judges vote.

Did anyone else see chris clarks post in the 2011 judges sign up?

Judging is easy, once you get your category you contact the creators of the comics and ask them how much they want to win. The one who gives you the largest cash incentive gets you  to sway the other judges in the favour of their comic. 

Okay maybe not but it is easy, so long as you enojy reading comics.... lots of comics.

The critics acclaim stuff id interesting and sometimes amusing.

I'm available.  How many categories? Dunno, I'm happy to pick up some slack if you get short but I'll start on three.
I'd like to do best completed comic, best horror and most deliciously offensive if possible.

Best background art wouldn't require any extra reading for me.  granted I would have to skim through them again but I can just look at the pretty backdrops.

Is it worth mentioning specific categories that you need third judges in? It might help people get on board or take on extra categories.

some judges, myself included list finalists in order of preference, perhaps using an agreed list of preference the first three could get them.

I could stand to take more on, especially if there is some crossover of titles.  If you need another person for adult and most deliciously offensive that would be cool.

I'm trying to read comics in their entirety, but that is easier said than done in some cases.  Fortunately I've already read a lot of them.
