i uhh got Scruffy dragons characters andthey allways fuck up my screen pack cuz of w/e thefuck they use and there big portrait is effing huge and i wana change the big portrait and the small ones on the select screen cuz they float all the way to the left

Cut up an image to fit 120x140 pixels, and swap out the existing portrait using MCM or Fighter Factory.

it should be if, you have the background transparent and it is a 256 color .pcx image.

Depends. If small, I just take another's head and sprite in it.  If I go for something original, I just sprite from scratch, like this (yes, she's Asuka Kazama from Tekken 5...and no, not a wip Tongue):

And for bigger things, I just draw-scan-pixel.

ok i tryed and it didnt work so im guessing i dodnt make it 256 color or transparent how do i do this?
