I'd like to announce that I finally am releasing the update to my BASIC CHARACTER CREATION TUTORIAL!!

I have worked on generating a tutorial concept for quite some time.

This tutorial contains all of the basics, that you will need to know about creating MUGEN characters. From Sprites to the CMD file... This is definitely a character creation tutorial you can't pass up!
